4th JANUARY 2022 This is an application for speaking to minutes for correcting the typographical mistake that had occurred in the second paragraph and also in operative portion of the judgment and order dated 28th September 2021 in Criminal Application (APL) No.474/2018.

Heard Shri Prathamesh Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms.Mrunal Barabde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the nonapplicant No.1 / State. The presence of the nonapplicant No.2 is not at all required for deciding this application.

The applicants filed the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before this Court bearing Criminal Application (APL) No.474/2018 for quashing of charge-sheet and also for

9-appp-1843-2021.odt quashing of Regular Criminal Case No.3440/2013, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.6, Nagpur.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant / State and learned counsel for the original complainant, Criminal Application (APL) No.474/2018 was allowed and the First Information Report as well as Regular Criminal Case was quashed. 5.

However, in the second paragraph and in the clause No.2 of the operative portion, there occurred a mistake in respect of the number of Regular Criminal Case. The Regular Criminal Case registered against the applicants, which was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.6, Nagpur is RCC No.3440/2013, however, in the second paragraph of the judgment and in the clause No.2 of the operative portion of the judgment, it is typed as RCC No.330/2014. In paragraph No.2 of the judgment and in clause No.2 of the operative portion of the judgment RCC No. 330/2014 stand corrected and instead of it, it should be typed as RCC No.3440/2013 and the said order be uploaded again.
