DATED : 10.07.2025 Appellants have filed this application to direct the Registry to transfer the amount of Rs. 4,24,000/- along with accrued interest thereon to the learned Executing Court, Warora, as the appeal was disposed of on 30/03/2019. The note on the farad sheet dated 15/02/2025 indicates that the said amount is with this Court and has been invested in a nationalised bank. Considering the said facts, the application is allowed as prayed for.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount of Rs. 4,24,000/- along with accrued interest thereon to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora for disbursment.
