As the registration of the writ petition was refused for not removing the office objections, without issuing notice to the respondent and accepting the explanation given in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 11th July, 2016 is set aside and the writ petition is restored.

The Misc. Civil Application Stamp No. 16410 of 2016 is allowed accordingly.

If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs.One Thousand to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
