This application is filed with a prayer to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicant/ husband to the tune of Rs.5,70,000/-. However, by order dated 11.09.2023, out of this amount of Rs.5,70,000/- an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was permitted to be withdrawn and now the balance amount of Rs.4,20,000/- is sought to be withdrawn by the applicant.

The learned Counsel appearing for the nonapplicant has no objection for such withdrawal of Rgd.

Order 2609appw214.25 Rs.4,20,000/-. Therefore, in this view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,20,000/-, on furnishing usual undertaking. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Rgd.
