02nd May, 2018 The respondent no.1 prays that the amount of Rs. 5,32,484-00 that has been deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 16th December, 2016 be transferred to his loan account that is maintained with the respondent no.1.
This request is opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that the said amount has not been properly determined and a higher rate of interest has been levied.
Without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the amount of Rs.5,32,484/- is directed to be paid to the respondent no.1 for being thereafter transferred in the
loan account of the petitioner. This deposit would be subject to final outcome of the Writ Petition. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. ----- Writ Petition No. 6518 of 2016 :
At the joint request of the petitioner and the respondent no.1, the proceedings are referred for mediation. Co-ordinator to appoint a Mediator who shall submit his report within six weeks from the first date of proceedings.
