DATED : 03 /08/2018 1] We find grievance being made belated. Petitioners claiming to approach this Court in public interest have not shown due diligence initially. It appears that after interim orders operating in the matter were vacated by Single Judge of this Court, again an effort is on stop road widening. 2] Advertisement at page no. 17 though stipulates that it was e-tender in B-1 form, the bidders have participated in the process and they are not being misled by that stipulation. The documents to which our attention has been drawn itself shows that Municipal Council was under misconception in the matter. It received tenders from contractors registered with PWD and also contractors not so registered with it and processed the same.

3] In this situation, taking overall view of the matter, we are not inclined to intervene in the matter in public interest. PIL is therefore rejected. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Ansari
