The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that chargesheet has already been filed before the Special Court and, therefore, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for grant of bail before the Special Court at District Akola. He further submits that he will intimate nonapplicant No.2/victim about filing of the application before the Special Court.

02] Leave, as sought for, is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the application is made by the applicant before the Special Court, it shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
