Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The applicants have approached this Court praying for quashing of FIR.

The applicants have fairly placed on record the earlier order dated 12-8-2014.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the complainant was not initially made party, but the applicants orally sought leave to amend the application for adding complainant as party, however, the said application is dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the criminal application on 12-8-2014 praying for quashing of FIR, which is also subject matter of challenge in the present application, on account of judicial propriety, it is not possible for us to entertain the present application. The criminal application is, therefore, rejected.
