The applicant has filed this criminal application to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the non applicant No.2 on 03.07.2024. The applicant has filed this application on the ground that while granting bail, the complaint which was lodged by the son of the deceased to the police that he has received the threatening calls from the non applicant no.2 was not considered.

Heard both the sides and perused the record. 3.
It appears from the record that the non-applicant No.2 was protected on 03.07.2024. Since, then no any threat was given to the applicant. No N.C case is registered, no Kavita
2 / 2 64-appln 90-24 complaint was lodged. Only because the said document is not considered, cannot be the ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted on 03.07.2024.

Hence the application stands rejected.
