The petitioner has filed the contempt petition alleging that though there is no grievance cell available with the respondent-University, an erroneous statement was made before this Court on 4.4.2016.

In the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent-University, it is specifically stated that the grievance cell exists and is consisting of the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar and one Shri Gulabrao Thakre. It is also specifically stated that the petitioner has in fact not approached the grievance cell.

In that view of the matter, there is no merit in the contempt petition. Contempt petition is rejected. JUDGE JUDGE halwai
