The counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has only challenged the quantum of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal. He states that the applicant has not raised any statutory defence, in view of which service of notice on respondent Nos. 4 and 5 dispensed with.

The applicant has sought condonation of delay of 98 days in filing appeal against the judgment dated 03.01.2019 in Claim Petition No. 68/2015 passed by the Member, Motor Accidents Claims

Order 31CAF4113.19 Tribunal, Amravati.

Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has no objection to condone the delay. Hence, delay is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
