DATE : 08/06/2022 The claimants-respondent Nos.1 to 6 want to file cross objection. According to them the compensation decided by the Reference Court is inadequate and it ought to have granted more compensation. For the reason stated in the application, it could not be filed earlier and there is a delay of 1525 days.

Considering the circumstances, the delay is condoned subject to not claiming interest by the respondents for that period. The application is disposed of. 3.

The cross objection be admitted. Copy to be served on other side.

Already the claimants have withdrawn certain amount earlier and now they want to withdraw the remaining amount considering their old age. It is opposed by the appellant and they have argued the matter as if they are ready for hearing.

By consent matter be kept for final hearing on 29/06/2022. If for some reason or other the matter is not disposed in reasonable time, respondents are at liberty to press this application.
