In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application for grant of bail afresh.

In view of the subsequent event of filing of the charge-sheet, prayer is granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not heard and considered the application of the applicant on its merit.
