The Civil Application seeks directions for expeditious hearing of the Civil Suit. By an order passed by this court on 24/11/2015, hearing of the suit in the trial court was expedited. Despite that order, the crossexamination of the plaintiff's witness has not even commenced as of this date.

In the premises, the civil application is allowed by directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalmeshwar to dispose of R.C.S. No. 24/2013 within a period of six months from today.
