This is an application for condonation of delay of 41 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and order passed in W.C.(F) No. 14 of 2016.

Having regard to the reasons canvassed in the application, the delay stands condoned. Appeal be registered. The Civil Application stands disposed accordingly.

Learned Counsel for the appellant and respondent nos. 1 and 2 submitted that the matter can be referred to the National Lok Adalat to be scheduled on 14th December, 2019. Though the respondent no. 3 is yet not served, there is no impediment in exploring a settlement at Lok Adalat. Obviously, the matter will be filed in Lok Adalat for all party who are served. The matter be placed before the Lok Adalat.
