Criminal Application (APPA) No. 680/2019

1. The accusation which is held proved against the applicant is that he subjected the child to unnatural sexual intercourse.

2. I have perused the judgment and the evidence which is culled out in the judgment, and having done so, I am satisfied that no case is made out for suspension of sentence.

3. The application for suspension of sentence is rejected.

4. However, since the sentence is not being suspended, the appeal shall have to be heard early.

5. The Registry is directed to ensure that the R & P is received in seven days.
