DATE : 21/09/2017 The petitioner has filed Civil Application No.1635/2017 stating therein as under :- "The petitioner most humbly and respectfully begs to submit as under:-

1. That the instant writ petition filed by the petitioner by challenging the order of the cast scrutiny committee as the cast scrutiny committee has rejected the cast validity claim of the petitioner which he wanted to get for his medical education as he belongs to schedule caste.

2. That now the petitioner has completed his entire medical education including his MBBS and MD in general category and thus now the purpose of getting the cast validity certificate is extinguish

wp2655.02.odt and thus now the petitioner does not want to proceed with the said petition and desires to withdraw the same.

3. Therefore, it is required to grant of permission to withdraw the same in the interest of justice." 2.

Ms. A.S. Wanjari, the learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the Divisional Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Bharat S/o. Bhimrao Malakwade ..vs.. Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee No.3, Nagpur and another, reported in 2013(5) Mh.L.J. 946 and submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition as his grievance gets satisfied and even otherwise according to the petitioner the entry in MBBS and MD course was from the general category.

We therefore, permitted the petitioner to withdraw this petition.
