By way of present application, the applicant-petitioner seeks modification of order dated 7.12.2007 to the effect that instead of Bank Guarantee, the petitioner be permitted to furnish the Demand Draft of equal amount.

Since no prejudice would cause to any of the parties if the modification is directed to be allowed, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause made therein.
