The petitioner has moved complaints on 14.09.2017, 18.10.2017, 04.02.2019, 15.03.2019 and 05.02.2019 in regard to irregular traffic conditions in the Gondia City.

This Court has already looked into the said complaints and directed Constitution of Committee to look into the issue.

It appears that pursuant thereto a report is already submitted before the Court.

In the aforesaid background, we have called upon the petitioner to address the matter. However on the last occasion i.e. 21.03.2025, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also, none appears for the petitioner. 5.
That being so, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. 6.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
