By this application, the respondent/applicant is seeking permission for amendment in cause title of the appeal memo by adding the name in addition to earlier name.

The name of the respondent in original claim petition as well as in appeal memo is shown as Sulochanabai @ Alka W/o. Pundlikrao Totawar. The husband of the respondent Shri Pundlikrao Totawar died on 10/09/1996. The respondent along with her two children had filed Misc. Application for issuance of 'Succession Certificate'. Accordingly, she received 'Succession Certificate'. 3.

After the death of her husband, she remarried with Shri Padmakar Swami. Her name in Voters' list is shown as Alka W/o. Padmakar Swami. She has two children out of second marriage. The Government Notification is placed on record. She is not having any KYC documents to open the bank account in the name of Smt.

In view thereof, permission needs to be granted to amend the cause title of the appeal memo by adding the name of respondent i.e. Mrs. Alka Padmakar Swami in addition to earlier name Smt. Sulochanabai @ Alka W/o. Pundlikrao Totawar. As such, the application is allowed. However, the amendment to be carried out by learned counsel for the appellant within two weeks. 4.
