As the registration of the first appeal was refused, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, for the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar on 11th August, 2014 is set aside. The First Appeal is restored to file.

The appellant shall remove office objections till 16th February, 2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. The civil application stands disposed of in the above terms.
