This is an application filed by the appellant for permission to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.5,08,115/-. The other side has no objection for the same. In view thereof, the following order is passed. The appellant is permitted to deposit the balance enhanced amount of Rs.5,08,115/- in this Court within a period of one week. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount deposited in this Court be remitted to the M.A.C.T, Chandrapur for the convenience of the appellant.
