Though matters are filed and circulated for 2.30 p.m. today only, as against same respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee this Court has decided
2 wp4341.18 identical 74 challenges, the parties state that controversy is covered by said judgment delivered on 16th July, 2018 in Writ Petition No.3143/2018 and other identical matters.

Hence, for same reasons with similar directions and conditions we allow these writ petitions also.

Petitioners shall appear before Scrutiny Committee on 23rd August, 2018 and abide by further instructions in the matter.
