30/11/ The present application is filed for transfer of the proceedings bearing Petition No.A/1707/2022 pending on the file of learned Family Court No.4, Nagpur to Family Court, Yavatmal.

The learned Counsel for non-applicant has no objection to transfer the proceeding from Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Yavatmal. As such, I proceed to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The Petition bearing No.A/1707/2022 pending on the file of learned Family Court No.4, Nagpur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to

iii) The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur is hereby requested to facilitate the transfer.

iv) After matter will be transferred at Family Court, Yavatmal, the Judge, Family Court, Yavatmal is hereby requested to conduct mediation in the matter.

v) Parties to appear before the learned Mediator Judge, Family Court, Yavatmal as per his convenience.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
