This is an application preferred by respondent No.1, who is original claimant, seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court. The amount is Rs.52,19,508/-.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 that in the similar connected matter, the compensation is awarded that is Rs.8,00,000/- per hectare, whereas in this case it is awarded Rs.1,23,000/- per hectare.

In view thereof, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court subject to filing of usual undertaken.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
