By this Writ Petition, the petitioners seek a direction against the respondent-Education Officer to grant approval to the the appointment of the petitioner no.3, on the post of Assistant Teacher.

According to the petitioners, though the proposal is sent to the Education Officer long back, the same is not decided till date.

Shri Amit Balpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Education Officer states that as per the new policy, it would be necessary for the Management to approach the Education Officer in the Camps that would be conducted in the months of August, October and December. It is stated that if the petitioners present the proposal before the Education Officer in one of the said Camps, the Education

Officer would consider and decide the same.

Shri Anand Parchure, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would submit the proposal in respect of the petitioner no.3 in one of the Camps, so that it could be decided.

By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent-Education Officer, we dispose of the Writ Petition with permission to the petitioners to approach the Education Officer in one of the Camps that would be conducted in the months of August, October and December, Order accordingly. No costs.
