The present appeal is arising out of the judgment and decree passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge, Nagpur in R.C.A. No.611/2017 on 08.04.2022. 2.

During the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have arrived at settlement and accordingly, filed the compromise Pursis no.5/2025 on record. 3.

The appellant as well as respondents are present in the Court and identified by their respective Counsel.

Both the parties have stated that they have settled the entire dispute in terms of compromise pursis, more particularly as per terms and conditions stated from paragraph A to P. Accordingly, they have no grievance to disposed of the present appeal in terms of the compromise pursis.

In view of the above, the Second appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise pursis.

The judgment and decree dated 08.04.2022 passed by the learned District Judge, Nagpur is to be modified accordingly.
