CORAM : R.K. DESHPANDE & VINAY JOSHI, JJ.
DATED : 18th September, 2019 In Writ Petition No. 3175 of 2015 alongwith connected matters decided on 07-08-2015, the Court has recorded its decision about the concerns which were expressed by the petitioners in money lending transactions. In view of this, the question of looking into contempt alleged in the petition, does not arise.
The relief claims in the contempt petition in terms of Clauses 3 and 7 can be claimed by the petitioner, if he is personally aggrieved by any such decision. Hence, we do not touch those aspects to keep it open to be agitated in appropriate proceeding. The petition is dismissed.
