After hearing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 02.

Permission, as sought for, is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail an alternate and efficacious remedy, as available under the law, by raising a claim before the Joint Charity Commissioner under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.
