The only grievance raised by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the Industrial dispute Application No.12/2019 is not decided by the learned Labour Court. He makes a statement that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Labour Court.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and the learned Labour Court shall consider the application.
