DATE : 13-09-2022 This is an application filed by the original respondent no.1 in First Appeal No.167/2019 which was settled in Lok-Adalat on 11-12-2021 for an amount of Rs.14,34,438/-, pursuant to which the First Appeal was withdrawn.

By way of this application, it is submitted that the Registry has raised an objection that since the order of withdrawal did not refer to the interest on the amount of Rs.14,34,438/- the same cannot be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the appellant/Insurance Company, the Registry is directed to allow an amount of Rs.14,34,438/- to be withdrawn by the applicants (being respondent nos. 1 to 3 in the Appeal) along with interest thereon within a period of two weeks.

Application is allowed in view of above terms and stands disposed of.
