In view of the subsequent events i.e. issuance of recovery certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and the same being challenged before this Court in Writ Petition No.6354/2017, the challenges raised in this writ petition have become infractuous. The merits of the challenges raised in this writ petition are not examined and are kept open for consideration in appropriate proceedings.
