DATE : 24.01.2017 Ms Udeshi, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the applicant states that due to unavoidable circumstances, the caste claim of the non-applicant could not be decided within the time frame. It is stated that the same would be decided on or before 31.03.2017.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the time to decide the caste claim is extended till 31.03.2017.
The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
