"The trial Court dismissed the suit as well as the counter claim."

This is typing mistake, since the suit filed by the plaintiff was decreed and the counter claim filed by the defendant was dismissed, hence, instead of the aforesaid, following should be typed:

"The trial court decreed the suit and dismissed the counter claim."
