This is an application made by respondent Nos. 1 to 5 for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. It is stated that respondent Nos. 6 and 7, the parents of the deceased are no more. It is prayed that respondent Nos. 1 to 5 may be allowed to withdraw the amount and the amount be ordered to be deposited in the account of respondent No.1.

Considering the nature of the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are allowed to
