(Passed on 13th July, 2019) 1] The appellant with Shri Ashwin Paunikar is present. 2] The appellant has filed pursis marked at Exh. X, to state that the appellant has deposited the entire due amount in the Court and the appellant desirous to withdraw the appeal.
3] The respondents are absent. However, the settlement i.e. the withdrawal of appeal appears to be in the interest of respondents. Hence, the appellant is allowed to withdraw this appeal.
4] The respondents are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited in the Court with the accrued interest, if any.
5] Admissible Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 6] The appellant to inform the respondents about this order. 7] The matter is disposed of as withdrawn.
