The learned Government Pleader has placed before us a decision dated 22/08/2024 in Writ Petition No.11724/2024 filed by Maharashtra State Contractors' Association (Maharashtra State Contractors' Association vs. The Hon'ble Chief Minister to the State of Maharashtra and ors.) and on finding no merit in the writ petition raising a challenge to the several tender notices, the petition came to be dismissed.

The counsel for the petitioners do not dispute that the grievance raised in the petitions is squarely covered by the aforesaid decision. 2.

In the wake of aforesaid statement, the petitions stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
