By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent no.1 to immediately release the amount under 'Vaishityapurna Yojna'.
Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4 states that the respondents have already released the amount in favour of the Municipal Council and hence the purpose of filing the writ petition would stand served.
Shri Dhatrak, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
In view of the redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
