For the reasons mentioned in para 4, we are satisfied that there is sufficient reason for filing the appeal beyond limitation. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and disposed of. The delay is hereby condoned. Appeals be registered.

At this juncture, the parties are agreed that matter can be referred to mediation.

We appoint Advocate Dr. R.S. Sirpurkar as a Mediator to mediate the matter.

Parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 13.12.2024 at 2.00 pm at Mediation Centre.

It is submitted that appellant has paid arrears of maintenance as directed earlier. However, there is a direction to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.12,000/- to the daughter.

List the matters for hearing after receipt of report from the learned Mediator.
