Both these applications are for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.4 on record and condonation of delay.

Since there is no serious objection to the prayers, we deem it appropriate to allow both these applications. Accordingly, delay is condoned and legal heirs of respondent no.4 to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. If the amendment is not carried out within the aforesaid period, the application for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.4 shall stand dismissed.
