Although it is submitted by Shri Zoting, learned counsel for respondent no.1, that there is no reason stated in this application, we find some elements of the reasons in the application. It is mentioned in the application that one of the petitioners is likely to retire in the early months of the next years. It is also orally submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that petitioner no.3 by now has already retired. It appears that the dispute between the parties is quite old and, in the meanwhile, the petitioners are also reaching the age

of superannuation one by one. These facts taken together, in our view, would justify giving a priority in final hearing to this Writ Petition and, therefore, this application is allowed. Writ Petition be fixed for final hearing on 14th December, 2018.

Application is disposed of.
