Before me it is not disputed by the learned counsel for the appellant - Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation that in M.J.C. No.61/2019, which was decided on 26/04/2019 by the learned Joint Civil Judge (Junior Division), Arvi, the present applicants 2(a) to 2(e) are found to be legal representatives of deceased Arvind @ Narendra Ganpatrao Tokase, R/o Wadhona (Thakre) Punrvasan, Tah. Arvi, District Wardha.

The learned counsel for the appellant - Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation, Shri Anoop Parihar has no objection to this application. 5.

In view of the said, the present application is allowed in terms of the prayers made in the application.
