For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned.

The Civil Application (O) No.2150 of 2015 is allowed.

2015 is restored to file.

The learned Counsel for the applicants to inform about the restoration to the non-applicant in writing.

The applicants is expected to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks.
