By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2198 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of appellant on record, who was expired on 1.4.2019.

According to the applicants, the legal heirs were not aware about the pendency of the present appeal and same came to know them after long period. Hence, the delay is caused in filing the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 2198 days is hereby condoned.

Application stands disposed of.

The applicants on oath stated that they are the legal heirs of the appellant and they are interested to prosecute the present appeal before this court. The applicants state that they being the legal heirs on oath and, therefore, there is no reason to disbelieve the same.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of seven working days and after the amendment, the matter be listed for further consideration.
