Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.351 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant for offence punishable under Sections 395 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has sought pre-arrest bail. According to the Investigating Agency, the applicant and her friend (co-accused) have committed the crime.

According to the applicant, though she had been acquainted with the co-accused and she was accompanying them, she was not aware about the intention of co-accused and she has not played any role in commission of crime. The applicant, woman aged about 24 years, claims to be a student and has stated that she is not involved in any other crime/offence.

Shri Rajesh @ Raju S/o Hiralal Shahu, paternal uncle of the applicant, has filed an affidavit sworn on 1st August, 2017 stating that if the applicant is released on bail,

2 aba544.17 he is willing to furnish solvent surety.

Considering the facts of the case, the following order is passed :

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.351 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, she be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.

The solvent surety shall be furnished by Rajesh @ Raju S/o Hiralal Shahu, paternal uncle of the applicant. The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE PBP
