Date : 27 th October, 2016 In response to the orders dated 30-9-2016 and 26-10-2016, the respondent No.3-Regional Director of Municipal Administration/Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati, is personally present before this Court. Upon specific question being put to him, he makes a statement that the petitioner-Madhukar s/o Mahadevsa Bijve shall be granted regularization in service as on 20-4-2001 and he shall also be granted all such other benefits as are made available as a result of regularization to all other employees regularized in service, by an order dated 20-9-2002.

The statement made is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
