Adv. Mr. Kulkarni submits that in the public interest petitioner should be given leave to move appropriate representation. The learned AGP is opposing any such relief.

Public Interest Litigation has been disposed of on 5th July, 2017 by speaking order. We cannot therefore permitted it to be violated. 4.
However, if the petitioner has any other cause to demonstrate any loss to the public revenue, nobody can prohibit him from making appropriate representation.

With these observations, we dispose of Misc. Civil Application.
