1988/2022 The present application is filed by respondent no. 1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount.

For the reason mentioned in paragraph 3 of the present application that the son of respondent no. 1 is taking education and he has cleared the entrance exam and is selected for 4 years B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering course at VIT Bhopal (M.P.), he is in urgent need of money.

In view of the reasons, it would be in the interest of justice to allow the respondent no. 1 to withdraw another 25% of total compensation amount along with accrued interest. Registry is directed to disburse 25% of total compensation amount along with
