Shri M.I. Dhatrak, learned Counsel for the petitioner. None appears for respondent though served. Notice in the matter was issued on 06.08.2018 and was made returnable on 17.09.2018. Respondent was served on 21.08.2018. There was no appearance on 17.09.2018 also for respondent. 2.
Petitioner claims that she is working since 2015 at a place which is beyond 52 kms from the place of posting of her husband. Submission is, as per the policy decision dated 27.02.2017, petitioner should have been therefore, transferred to a place within 30
Order 0110wp4854.18 kms of her husband. Though juniors to petitioner have been so transferred, claim of petitioner has been ignored.

Though respondent is served, it has chosen not to appear not to appear and rebut the contentions.

We therefore, direct respondent to examine case of petitioner afresh within a period of two weeks from today and to pass suitable orders in the matter.

With liberty to petitioner to approach again, if her grievance is not redressed, we partly allow the Writ Petition and dispose of the same. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
