Notice sought to be served on the respondents by R.P.A.D. is still awaited. In this view of the matter, the distress warrant issued on 8/5/2017 is stayed on the condition that the applicant deposits a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) in the Family Court towards the arrears of maintenance on or before 03/08/2017.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18/8/2017.
